Terms of Service

1. Services

Next Level provides the following services:

• Language courses: group and individual lessons for 12 languages across all age groups and levels (A1–C2 CEFR)
• Educational platform: online testing, skill assessment, and progress tracking
• Translation services: certified court translations, literary and technical translations
• Interpreting services: simultaneous, consecutive, whispered, and court interpreting
• Additional services: language placement testing, certificate preparation, ePass testing, and visa application assistance

2. User Accounts

To access certain features (test-taking, progress tracking, course materials), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for more than 5 years.

3. Enrollment and Payments

Course enrollment is subject to the following conditions:

• Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment or upon written agreement for payment in installments
• Course prices are listed in Macedonian Denars (MKD) and are subject to change; confirmed enrollments retain the price at the time of enrollment
• Group courses require a minimum of 5 students to proceed; if the minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative group or a full refund
• Payments are made at the school or by bank transfer; we do not store credit or debit card information
• Refund policy: cancellations made at least 7 days before course start receive a full refund; cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund; no refunds after the course has started

4. Course Conduct

Users of our services agree to:

• Attend scheduled classes or notify the school of absences in advance
• Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission
• Use the online platform honestly — do not submit work created by others or use unauthorized assistance during assessments
• Not interfere with the platform's operation or attempt to access other users' accounts or data

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and educational platform — including course materials, tests, logos, design elements, and text — is the intellectual property of Educational Center Next Level or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any original content you submit (essays, answers), but grant us a limited license to use it for educational evaluation purposes.

6. Translation and Interpreting Services

Translation and interpreting services are subject to separate agreements provided at the time of service request. All work is treated with strict confidentiality. Certified court translations carry the legal validity prescribed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on document complexity. We are liable for the accuracy of certified translations in accordance with professional standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the website and platform "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for damages arising from technical failures, data loss, or third-party service interruptions
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for outcomes of language assessments, exam results, or immigration/visa decisions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which liability cannot be legally limited.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users or via a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account and cease using our services.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Kavadarci, Republic of North Macedonia.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Free Online Level Test

We offer a free online level test on our website. By starting the test you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• The personal data you enter (name, email, phone, city) is used to deliver your result and so that we may contact you about your result, suitable courses, official certification, promotions and special offers.
• The test result is indicative of your written level; an official certificate additionally requires a verbal test conducted by the school to confirm the level, and is issued against the published fee.
• The free test is limited to one attempt per person per day. Attempts made to circumvent this limit may be discarded.
• You may ask us at any time to stop contacting you or to delete your data, using the contact details in these Terms.
